Can I change my venue's registration email?

Yes! If you ever need to update or change your venue's registration email on Bookteq, simply go to the Account section and click on Users. Select the Role_Owner as this is the owner of the Bookteq account:

 

Update the Email Address field with the new email that you wish to use for logging in:

 

Don't forget to Save Changes by clicking the button at the bottom of the page.
