The details of the customers can be amended/deleted at any time.
Please note if you are wanting to amend customer details in order to merge 2 different customer accounts, this can be done by changing the customer email address to the account holder's email.
How to search for the customer and amend/delete the details
Once you log into your venue, click on Customers on the left-hand sidebar under Main. Once you click on the Customers tab, a search bar will appear which will help you look for the customer faster.
In the search bar, input the customer in question and the customer details will appear.
Once you click on the customer name, a new window will open where it will give you the option to edit or remove the details. See below screenshot for reference.
Deleting the customer details from the system
If you would like to delete the customer details, simply click on Remove which is on the top right corner of the page.
Editing the customers details in the system
If you would like to edit the customer's details, click on Edit, which is also on the top right corner of the page. A new window, as per the below screenshot, will then open with all the customer details for you to be able to edit accordingly. Once all your editing is done, simply click on save.
Trouble Shooting:
Please note that if you are attempting to delete a customer and get an error, this is likely because the customer has upcoming bookings. The upcoming bookings would have to be removed before the customer can be deleted.
