There are two ways you can search for past bookings on Bookteq. You can do so either via the Bookings tab or the Customers tab.
Bookings List Tab
Once you click on Bookings on the left-hand menu, the below window will appear. There are two ways to search for a booking within the search bar. You can search either with the booking's reference number, or with the name used to make the booking.
Customers List Tab
You can also search for bookings through the customers list, by entering either the customer or organisation name in the search field.
