Start taking online payments by connecting your Bookteq venue with Stripe
What is Stripe?
Stripe is our chosen online payment processor, enabling us to help sports venues take payments quickly, easily and securely, online.
If you already have an existing Stripe account, you can easily connect this to your Bookteq venue. To connect your account, click on ‘Venue Settings’ from the Setup menu and select ‘Integrations’. Click ‘Connect your Stripe Account’ and follow the instructions provided.
If you do not have your venue connected to a Stripe account then any online payments will be taken via the Bookteq Stripe account, and payment will be made to you via bank transfer on a monthly basis.
How to set up a new Stripe account
If you do not currently have a Stripe account but would like to set one up to begin taking online payments, you can do so directly through your Bookteq account.
To set up your Stripe account, click on ‘Venue Settings’ from the Setup menu and select ‘Integrations’. Click on the “Connect your Stripe Account” button where you’ll be directed to https://dashboard.stripe.com/register.
Once here, simply follow the instructions to create an account.
