How do I keep a record of attendees?

In this article, you will find how to keep a track of customers who showed up for their bookings versus those who didn't.

Why is this beneficial?

The check-in feature allows you to know who actually used the facility after booking. This is useful for venues to keep their customer records updated.

How to view and edit Check-in status

Log into Bookteq and go to the Calendar tab. Then click on any booking you'd like to view or edit.

Once you click on the booking icon, a small window will appear (see image below).

 

Now you just have to click on the Check-in toggle button to set the Check-in status to Yes. That's all!
