This article shows you where to add arrival information if you'd like your customers to receive specific information on where to access the facility.
Step-by-Step Guide: How to add Arrival Information
- Log in to your Bookteq workspace: Go to your work space and log in using your credentials.
- Go to Spaces & Facilities: Go to the facility you'd like to add arrival information to.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will see "Arrival Information (optional)" with an empty text box.
- Fill this with the specific information to aid a customer's arrival to your specific facility.
- Press "Update Facility".
This will allow you to give precise instructions whether it is general directions or something as particular as having to enter through a specific door.
Customers will receive this information in their confirmation emails. 📧

Please note that arrival information gets manually added to Playfinder when your Playfinder page is set up for the first time if it is already in your Bookteq workspace. However, if you want it added after the fact or amended please contact us to let us know at support@playfinder.com.
