In this article you will learn a quick trick to combine different customers' bookings to be under the same customer. This can also be helpful when someone new is taking over an existing customer's account.
It is quite simple! All you have to do is:
Take the email address of the customer that you don't want the bookings saved under and edit the customer's details to the email address of the other customer whose email address you want all of the bookings under.
Please unsure that they have used that email address to make all of their bookings.
Once all of the bookings for the multiple customers are all under one email address the customer details would have merged under one customer account. 😁
Please note this is done on a per booking basis and there is no way to bulk edit customer details.
