How to manage a price change at your venue

In this article you will find out how to apply a change in price for a certain period and how to update your price schemes. The steps below also outline how to implement different opening hours for a set period e.g. Easter holidays.

How to apply a change in price for a certain period?

1. Create a New Price Scheme

Navigate to Venue Settings > Price Schemes and select Create New Price Scheme. Name your price scheme (e.g., 2025/26 Prices) and specify whether sales tax applies.

Ensure you do not tick the facility at this stage, as doing so will set this new price scheme and opening hours as the default immediately.

Enter the new price per slot and define the applicable opening hours for each day of the week.

2. Add Custom Pricing to the chosen facility

Navigate to Venue Settings > Spaces & Facilities, then:

  • Select the space
  • Select the facility
  • Scroll down to Custom Pricing
  • Click Add Custom Pricing and choose the start and end date along with the price scheme you want to apply for that period.

For dates outside this period, the default price scheme will be applied unless another custom pricing scheme is set up.

Once the custom pricing is saved it will show on the facility page as below:

If you have a change in price, you do not need to create a new price scheme from scratch. Simply go to the price scheme related to that facility and update the information.
