Setting up multiple spaces

Once your venue page is created, the next step of the onboarding process is to create the spaces. Here's how you do it.

Once you log into your venue, click into the drop down menu entitled Venue Settings on the left-hand sidebar, under Setup, and click on Spaces and Facilities. You can now start creating your first space.

The name given to spaces is your choice but we do recommend the name of the space to be similar to what your customers are already familiar with.

Here are some tips when creating your spaces

Names - If you have a 3G football pitch where various formats can be played, for example, it is suitable for 11-a-side, 7-aside and 5-a-side, name the space "3G Football Pitch". The various formats should then be listed as facilities in the next section. When creating the facilities you will also have the possibility to advise the system which facilities cannot be booked at the same time which is explained more in detail in the relevant article.

Similar spaces If for example you have three 11-a-side 3G pitches at your venue and they are different spaces, list these three different spaces as 3G Pitch 1, 3G Pitch 2 and 3G Pitch 3 so that they are easy identifiable.

Multiples spaces If you have multiple spaces at your venue, you can either create a space and then move onto creating the facilities, or you can also create all the different spaces first and then click on each space and add the various facilities. We recommend that you add facilities to spaces straight after it's created as it is less time consuming.

Please note that once you create the spaces, you can edit and deactivate the spaces if required at any time.
