To reset your password for the Bookteq Customer Portal, follow these steps:

Visit my.bookteq.com and click "Forgot your password" on the login screen.

Enter your email address and click "Reset Password."

Check your email (including junk/spam folder) for a reset password link.

Open the email from Bookteq and click the link.

Create a new password and confirm it.

Click "Update Password" to complete the process.
If you don't receive the reset email, check junk/spam folder. If your email isn't registered, create a new account. Password reset is available only on the web. Contact support for help.
