Can I amend my booking?

If your venue of choice allows their customers to make changes to their own bookings, you will see the "Amend" button next to your booking on the Customer Portal. If this is not apparent, please contact the venue directly for any changes.

Step by step guide

If you wish to change a booking within the venue's terms, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal using your login credentials.

  2. Navigate to the Bookings section to view your existing bookings.

  3. Locate the specific booking you want to amend.

  4. Select Amend on the chosen booking.

  5. Follow the prompts to select a new date, time, and/or duration for the booking.

6.   Confirm the changes to complete your amendment.


If Your Booking Requires Venue Approval

After making your amendment, you will be directed to a page that indicates whether the venue needs to approve the changes.
