How-to amend a booking
If you wish to move a single booking within the cancellation period, follow these steps:
- Access the Customer Portal by logging in to my.bookteq.com using your login credentials.

- Select the booking and choose the option to amend it.
- Follow the prompts to select a new date and time for the session.
