At Bookteq, we want to make managing your bookings as convenient as possible. With our customer portal, you have the power to cancel your bookings on your own. Follow the step-by-step guide below to cancel your booking through the Bookteq customer portal at my.bookteq.com.

  1. Log in: Start by logging in to the Bookteq customer portal using the same email address that is linked to your bookings. 

  2. Go to bookings table: Once logged in, navigate to the bookings table.

  3. Find your booking: Scan through the bookings table and locate the booking that you want to cancel.

  4. Click into order view: Click on the booking to enter the order view. Here, you will find detailed information about the booking, including the option to cancel it.

  5. Click cancel bookings tab: Within the order view, you will find a "Cancel Bookings" tab. If this tab is not visible it’s because the bookings aren’t able to be cancelled.

  6. Select bookings to cancel: Upon clicking the "Cancel Bookings" tab, a list of bookings within the order will be displayed. Choose the specific bookings you wish to cancel by selecting the corresponding checkboxes. If a tickbox cannot be clicked, it indicates that the booking is within the cancellation policy and cannot be cancelled at this time.

Q: I can't find the "Cancel Bookings" tab. What should I do?
A: If you don't see the "Cancel Bookings" tab, it means that the bookings associated with your order are not eligible for cancellation. This may be due to them falling within the cancellation policy. If you have any questions or concerns about canceling your booking, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

Q: Can I partially cancel a booking?
A: Yes, when you access the "Cancel Bookings" tab, you can select specific bookings within your order to cancel. This allows you to cancel individual bookings while keeping others intact.
