If you're a customer booking sports facilities through Bookteq, you can conveniently make payments for your bookings using the Bookteq Customer Portal. There are two payment options available: settling your outstanding balance or setting up a payment plan. Follow the steps below to pay for your bookings.

Settle your outstanding balance

To settle your outstanding balance, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Bookteq customer portal using your credentials.
2. Click on the "Payments" tab in the portal interface.
   
3. The payments tab will display your outstanding balance, which includes all bookings that are not cancelled or expired and have a previous payment request or invoice issued.
4. You have the option to pay the full outstanding amount upfront or filter by date to pay for a specific time period.
5. If you have multiple bookings, you can pay for all of them in a single transaction, making the payment process more convenient for you.

Set up a payment plan

To set up a payment plan for your booking, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Bookteq customer portal using your credentials.
2. Click on the "Bookings" tab in the portal interface.
   
3. Locate the booking for which you want to set up a payment plan and click into that order. Please note that you can only set up one payment plan per order.
4. Within the order view, click the "Pay balance" tab.
   
5. Below the list of your bookings, you can select the payment frequency for your payment plan—weekly, monthly, or quarterly (if applicable).
   
6. The first payment will be processed instantly, while the subsequent payments will be taken according to the outlined payment schedule.
7. You will receive reminders prior to each payment, keeping you informed about the upcoming payment amounts and due dates.
