Step-by-step guide to find out more about facility availability on the Bookteq Customer Portal
Step-by-step guide
- Log in to your Bookteq customer portal at my.bookteq.com.
- Click on "New Booking" to access the booking widget.
- The booking widget will display all the bookable facilities and activities available at the venue.
- Select the facility you would like to use from the options provided.
- Choose your preferred date to check the availability of the selected facility.
- Review the available time slots and make your selection.
You can also switch between venues in the top left hand side of the website header, to see facilities offered by other venues.
