How do I cancel a fixture reservation?

Step-by-step guide

1. Log in to the Bookteq customer portal at my.bookteq.com.
2. Navigate to your bookings table and use the filter to locate the specific reservation (fixture) you wish to cancel based on the date or reservation status.
   
3. Click on the reservation to access the order view.
4. In the order view, switch to the "Cancel Bookings" tab.
   
5. Use the tickbox provided to select the bookings you want to cancel.
6. Once you have chosen the relevant bookings, proceed to confirm the cancellation.
