If you have a payment plan set up for your bookings of sports facilities through Bookteq, you can still move specific sessions without affecting your payment plan. You have the flexibility to cancel or amend individual bookings within your plan.

How-to

If you wish to move a single booking within the cancellation period, you can do so without cancelling your payment plan. Follow these steps:

  1. Access the Customer Portal by logging in to my.bookteq.com using your login credentials.
  2. Navigate to the bookings section to view your reservations.
  3. Locate the specific booking/session you want to move.
  4. Select the booking and choose the option to amend it.
