What to do if your booking refund is not showing

Overview

At Bookteq, we understand that you may have cancelled a booking and are expecting a refund. We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible, which is usually within 7-10 working days, for bookings that were cancelled with sufficient notice.

Troubleshooting

Q: I cancelled my booking, but I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?

A: If it has been more than 10 working days since you cancelled your booking and you haven't received your refund, we apologise for the delay. Please contact our customer support and we will investigate the issue.
