Introducing the new Bookteq Calendar widget!

This new feature offers a more streamlined and efficient booking experience. Below, we’ll guide you through everything you need to know about the recent changes, ensuring you feel confident when making your next booking!

The new widget will automatically update on your preferred venue's website (if applicable) and will also reflect when you make a new booking through the Bookteq customer portal. Don't worry if it is not showing immediately, it will be introduced gradually over the next few weeks 😊

Some of the benefits we expect these changes to bring are:

  • View availability across a longer time period (weekly view)
  • Cancel weeks you don't require in a multi-booking request
  • Choose from a variety of booking durations
  • Clearer discounted prices at checkout

Changes to be made aware of

  • Easier to search across multiple facilities all at once and toggle between spaces
  • Select either the 'Daily' or 'Weekly' view to look for slots
  • Vertical calendar where you can click into a slot making it easier to see upcoming availability 
  • 'Make a repeat booking' option on this page

Step 3 - Choose Preferred Facility

  • If other facilities are available close to the time slot chosen by you, they will be displayed here, allowing you to select your preferred option.

  • If you have a discount at your preferred venue, this will appear at the top of the page if you use the same email address that the venue have on record

 

Repeat Booking Changes

  •  If the venue you are booking with allows for VAT discounts and your booking meets the relevant criteria, the following message will be displayed:

  • When creating a repeat booking, you can easily cancel all unavailable requests at once instead of canceling them individually
