Find out what happens to your payment plan when you only cancel one booking on the Bookteq Customer Portal.
Overview
When you cancel one of your bookings that is part of your payment plan through the Bookteq Customer Portal, the allocated amount will be updated to reflect the cancellation. The updated payment amount will then be processed in the next scheduled payment instalment, whether it is weekly or monthly. If you cancel the only booking attached to an upcoming payment, the payment itself will be cancelled.

A: The updated payment amount will be processed in the next scheduled payment instalment. If you have a weekly payment plan, it will be applied to the next weekly payment. The same applies to monthly instalments.
